Is There Such a Thing as Suffering?
The hierarchy of suffering is just so antechnical and out of control and overwhelming. And that's why enough, for me, something like love and kindness, for example, helps ease some of that ache of futility. Not that i think it's going to mean to make someone suffer and go away, but it allows me to be there in a way that i don't feel like i've got to hide, or youdot, go back to bed, or a, avoid what's going on. Ithink, ok. This is how i can connect to something bigger that actually allows me to be present.
