I think the biggest thing that i look for now an anybody that i work with, that made things work for me was a crazy sense of pace. So if i have an idea, i will actually just start talking about that three weeks ago. It's still a p d f, and we have an architect kind of going through plans. Im woing to start talking about it because talking about it makes it real. I also think this idea of hiring the wrong person first, right?
