Meredith: I really think it's just the bullet points right so if you as the owner are willing to change your mind develop your people and get out of the way you can have a massively successful business with less of your time. Fire Nation there's a lot to digest here and I want to kind of go over a few things that Meredith's been talking about number one allowing for failure and actually giving room to solve specific problems. Recognizing that need for flexibility like hey everybody this is all hands on ship if it's needed we need to be flexible, then you want to be not just suggesting leadership but encouraging leadership.
