Is Diversity a Competitive Imperative?
Business case for diversity is always about the right thing to do, verses you have to do it to survive. It makes you a better company. Thires nothing that s somebody who is a woman or person of color is going to be a worse leader and yet they don't get promoted at the same level as their white mail comparts. So this is not about diversity leading to good business. It's good business results in diversity because it's the absolutely best thing you could do.
