The Importance of Technology in Diplomacy

Technology has become a key enabler for different states, especially technologically advanced states in their diplomatic outreach. Diplomacy deals with crafting foreign policies around the applications of these emerging techs. It is just a fact that the diplomacy also encompasses the whole governance mechanism from these critical technologies and their applications. So, it's very hard for any country to govern and regulate these kind of technologies itself. The UN actually took it up to have a global agreement which has a side of over 190 countries till they're down.
