Technology is one of the most important factors for some one's transition from being incarcerated to being outside. Prison systems aren't yet ready to allow people to have cell phones, but now they have these tablets that aren't inside silly tick of em like epads. Some of the tablet companies are predatory. They charge people for emales. They chargePeople fofo for movies. But then there's other tablet companies, like a p t s, who don't charge. And a person can use that in order to help re integrate into society and not have that technology hurdle.
