The Problems With Low Product Maturity Teams

Engineers in low maturity teams might prioritize if it's easy for them over making a better user experience. Technical limitations might often override UX. Over emphasis on handoffs can lead to non-value added work and inconsistent design system. The last one I want to highlight here is limited understanding of UX value.
