General Herling: It's odd that Pragoshan is able to fly to Moscow, fly to St. Petersburg and his men are communicating in some fashion about reconstituting. The thing that really tipped me off today was that video that the Kremlin was showing on state TV, which is absolutely excoriating as a criminal, corrupt, etc., with money and gold bars, etc. But what we have to remember is this guy is the head of a global terrorist organization. He still has forces in Africa, in Syria; he's considered an international terrorist by the United States.
