How to Dream and Have Goals With Your Children

I followed this rule for a long time when I had my little toddlers and I still do it for the most part. That is working when my children are awake and resting when they rest. And that just kind of kept me in a better flow because, and when I say rest when they rest, that means do something that I want to do. They're more than welcome to be around at any age. But then mom is not entertaining you at this time. So self-intertain go do something, have fun.
