The Role of Identity in a Family

April, how do you see the connection between forming identities and the tools of creating rhythms for a family? I think that can be a seasonal question for some of the roles that we play. So it's like chauffeur, chef, laundress, if you think about them as a role, they have to fit into your week somewhere. It kind of separates out all the different tasks that I have into like a role and it kind of helps give a little more dignity to some of the things in my life that might feel kind of undignified or just like routine or boring.
