The Supreme Court's Decision in the Dissent

i went into this really wanting to side with the dissent so we could have a good old fashioned argumentand maybe we'll have a little bit of one. I mean, it would have been an earthquake for this court to rule against the parent in this caseh that would have been a major reversal of first amendment jurisprudence. But anyway, let's give the factuall background here. So this is a case based in maine. And i did not know this until the opinion, but maine is apparently the most rural state in the country.
