When talking to someone who has a high conflict personality and you question their motives, you are basically redirecting their energy. You will become their target. Sometimes when we're dealing with people like this, their story doesn't edd up, doesn't make sense. Their punishment doesn't match the crime. And it can be very bewildering and even frightening to be in the company of someone who is in this rage. There isn't a rational there's no filter that the emotions run through that someone with this personality can rely on to help them come down.
