The Myth of Evangelical Success
The myth of evangelical success is interesting because that narrative has now reached a point of cognitive dissonance. If you are deeply ingrained in the notion that faithfulness means an increase in numbers, then you are going to be saying, well, we're not faithful. We must be getting too woke. And this is one of the things that i think is lending a lot of the emotional urgency to the wokefor and anti woke battles right now.
