Community Health and Community Addiction

i feel that resources aren't being invested in places where it could make the biggest difference. Over the past ten years, you've seen a move takin a very d centralized approach to whether it be poverty or addiction. And i think especially when it comes to adiction, the likes of myself keep advocating for a health led approach. But yet, they keep taking the skills and like many years ago, when we set up community projects in the most deprived communities.
