Research shows that hiring more women can change the very stereotypes we're seeking to mitigate through diversity strategies. Women, after being hired into the CEO position, tend to be described in more agentic or leader-like ways. So what I took away from this research is actually changing representation can change stereotypes. It kind of leads to this virtuous cycle.
