In the results, it says that ivamecton is associated with reduced inflammatory markes. It causes less n reduces inflammation, faster viral clearance, so it gets rid of the virus quickly. But many studies that were included were not yet published or pr reviewed. And meteanalyses are prone to confounding issues. So it's really strange to me that they undermine their own findings.
