The moors murders were the murder trial of the century in 19 66. A young couple was accused of killing five children and burying their bodies across a span of isolated wind swept grassland or moors. The prosecution had a mountain of evidence, but they also had an old book written almost 300 years before by Napoleon Bonaparte. This copy of justine belonged to one of the accused killers, ean brady who treasured it and read it often.
