Sume: I had been so maniacal about growing the business, making long tim investments that i think of business ofversides shouldn't really be making. We lost but 30 % of our customers overnight. So you can imagine, if you go fom borderline profitability to losing all customers yore, now in the red. The entire company took a 20 % pay cut. And within a couple of months, there were olvays, a lot of extenuating circumstances. That allowed a ton of people to get extra money and so continue running their businesses.
