There is a need to keep pace with the significant legal and technological developments in data protection around the globe. Studying foreign jurisdictions such as the european union is essential, as india's future law would decide how data is protected in India. There are still a few ideas that may benefit from reconsideration which could be considered if they were reconsidered. We should consider having a comprehensive legislative framework. I thank you so much for your detailed historical perspective on what has led to the situation we find ourselves in to daya without a data production law.
