The only way we can make random numbers is through decaying radio material. CloudFlare has a Geiger counter hooked up to their computers that measures radioactive material. And so if you measure those decaying particles with a Geigercounter, you can turn them into random numbers. But I guess if you're using any kind of maths to create a random number, it's just not going to happen.
