Documentary Makers - Who Inspired You Most?

The old way of making television programs is you have to somehow assume you're explaining everything to everyone. With these films, you know they can stop and start and go and find things out,. or go off on their own tange and then come back to it. En i really like that. I don't realy wach much documentaries. I turn to read fictor and tttthe people who have inspired are right writers. John dos passos wrote this gigantic novel called usa in the 19 twenties and thirties which was just raw experience that made no sense. And ever since i read that, i thought, well, i can do that in film. Why notad?
