Loss and Damage Finance - The Big Debate

The big fight at bon and as we approach cop is around the need to establish a loss and damage facility. A facility being some sort of mechanism or vehicle through which finance for loss and damage, finance to address these climate impacts, could be channelled. There's a considerable number of big questions in the loss and damage finance debate that need to be unpacked. And its it's definie tet to be probably the big issue at c 27. But exactly what that answer looks like is still really up for debate.
