Is Nanotechnology a Good Idea?
I like to use the example of chess, where a, i mean, idon't have nearly the expertise of garry. But i can't even tell the difference between when a chess programms playing and human's playing. And for me, it passes the cheering test, that it's like a conversation, a primitive form of artificial intelligence. I do think government policy plays an important role in research and development. Monopolies are generally not great for innovation. When we've changed patent policies, you can hold on to a patent longer. Especially in the life sciences. We're seeing as marks at big innovations from big companies. If you had tax policy make more sense, be simpler
