This decision in NFIB makes it easier for states to say that being incentivized to do right by their citizens is intolerable coercion. The government is saying, here's this money and here's what we want you to do for it. And also like casually they'll start a civil war over it. Like they don't give a fuck, you know? This has come to be emblematic of how political the Roberts Court is.
