How to Develop a Cohesive Productive Team

I am always trying to create a positive and inclusive work environment where everyone feels valued, respected and motivated. I do not want anyone in the company to work for more than eight hours a day which is already one third of their day and it is a lot two hours of them. As a leader of the company I try to set an example for my team by demonstrating professionalism and integrini. And I have been trying to delegate more responsibilities and empower my team to take ownership of their work.
