The USO's Are Going After Our Hydrogen

In your book, you mentioned that the USO's are possibly using hydrogen in the water to replenish their electromagnetic field. Can you break that down? What does that mean? Because that's very interesting to me. And that would account for why they are going into the water. We're fairly sure there's some type of either base or they're using wormholes underwater and it could be time travel but if you do it up in our atmosphere, somebody's going to see it. If you do this underwater, it's a great place to hide it.
