i want to learn how to get a strong first kettle bell certification. It's not just a test you go in, you take a test. You actually have to show that you know how to swing kettle bells right. I never had that state of a clarity about what i was doing. Because the control of my body is so important. And it wasn't like i was trying to do some fancy, fancy stuff on this boaso ball. The foundation of the internal narrative was set up so they could springboard off that. We got too excited and concerned with external opinion rather than making something from inside out.
