Is There Reproducibility With Open Source?

I think we almost understand the ramifications and how well prepared open source licenses are completely not prepared. Then they weren't built for this purpose whatsoever in terms of sharing models and even the source of models which maybe can never be recreated. I personally would love to see at least a way of rebuilding models or at least a descriptive way of describing what the source for a model was. It would be great to see that enshrined in some kind of license. But the point that he's making is that reproducibility is something that we will just never have with AI just because of the nature of how it works.
