What Can the Platforms Be Doing to Train Their Moderators?
What can the platforms be putting in place to make sure that their communities are healthier? If your moderators are the ones creating conversation, maybe you should pay them. How do you provide resources for like, mental and emotional strain? Do you have therapists or floes for when people become over overwhelmed or burned out because of what they're having to do? And i think moderation isn't evolving space - it's a very collective discovery.
