Transbrancial Lung Cryobipacy
Surgical lung biopsies are not recommended in most patients. New technique called transbrancial lung cryobipacy allows the operator to get a bigger piece of tissue than you'd get with a surgical biopsy. Patients can have an acute worsening following this procedure and even mortality from that up to 5% of patients.
