The Implications of Cap M Pricing for Portfolio Choice

The market portfolio is always a good reference point for investors because it's so well diversified. You may not end up holding exactly that, but you're going to want to be not too far away from it. I would argue you can do better with some portfolio tilt. And for example, taking a value tilt is a good idea. I think taking a low beta tilt is aGood idea. So low risk stocks.
