Trump is trying to bring an end to this litigation by saying, essentially, this is a witch hunt and it should be called to an end. And courts, i think, are going to be very reluctant to do that. Any attorney general in new york will continue this investigation. So how do the delay tactics really help him in the end? They don't, and they shouldn't, but that's still his method of operation.
