Zelensky's Tweet Changed the Mood of the Summit
The tweet had a really big impact and changed the mood of the summit almost instantly. I think what we saw today as he changed his tone was an effort to recalibrate his message, says David Rothkopf. Zelensky has a sense of what he will be able to go home with and not go home with. What does he need out of this meeting, short, obviously, of being allowed to join NATO?
