What's the Difference Between a Will and a Trust?

Probate is essentially the court process for if there's a well validating the well, determining what assets the deceased owned. If a house was owned in the name of a trust that the beneficiaries or the heirs to that house can sell it right away. They don't have to wait until it goes through probate,. If the real estate is titled in the trust, yeah, they wouldn't avoid probate. Isn't that a big thing?
