There's a lot of people have very different attitudes in the progressive space about what kind of business they want to build or even whether they want a business. You're running a business as part of what being a partner. Do you think about growing it for the sake of growth, making it more interesting as a business? How do you think about that? I feel like you've identified the conversations we're having internally all the time. My bottom line has always been that I just want to do interesting meaningful work in a way that is sustainable.
