The media had different opinions about how far away the revolver was from Albert's body. A source that I like a lot says it was on a table and it sounds like pretty close by the table. So in my mind, if this is murder, he can be shot or if it's not murder, if it's death by suicide, he would have been able to stagger over the four feet to the staircase. It doesn't seem to be a cross room. No one's drunk. He's not drunk. Nobody seems drunk at this point when this place closes down.
