Sympathy and Empathy

Sympathy drives people away from each other. Empathy is getting to a deeper level of, i really understand you. resist the urge to judge and criticise. Double down on what they're doing well, and try and reinforce those things. Grape behaviour ill change. Let small things o over siver time. Yet, three, i seek to understand. Ok, this is m to me. M seeking to understand is about ampathy. I think empathy is completely underrated.
