Justice Alito seemed to be spitting mad about the prospect of any kind of carve out for the military. S.G. Pre-Logger's performance also had this notable moment that we wanted to highlight because it's something we repeatedly talked about on the podcast. The lack of women at the lectern, the podium, arguing before the Supreme Court and the solicitor general invoked that as an example of the harms that can follow from an unrepresentative institution.
