Quanum Safe Inscription Algorithms

Nist has started a process to come up with inscription algrithms that will be quanum safe. The sand security awarness team did publish the july edition of its ouchnews letter. This time it goes into a little bit of detail on more advanced fishing scams and how users can identify them, or can be trained to identify them.
