Africa is rich. Nigeria has masses of oil and gas. South africa has oil and and others. They have the resources to manage it themselves. But this idea that actually we have to rely on an inst tion in washington to dish up dollars for a country should be very patronizing. Ive grew up in south africa. I feel very strongly about this. Those countries do have resources. We've encouraged her to focus on exports and to rely on borrowing dollars from the rich world in order to feed her people. That's crazy economics we have. Now, that's not to say that we shouldn't share with malae, and we shouldn't, in particular, help
