Using Thio Urea to Convert Esters to Thiono Esters

There's this guy named Loro Figuero of Alverde and he's this organic chemist who even in his PhD thesis which is available online there's like some sketchy stuff some structures wrong. I've downloaded over a hundred of his papers of a total of 150 so he's got a bit of notoriety in my community the way the academic structure is done in Mexico makes it that unless you have like irrefutable evidence and you take it to someone who's not also part of the corruption they can't do anything about it.
