Tikna han said if we go to the buddha with our hearts open, he will look at us. Because there is suffering in your heart, it is possible for you to enter my heart. He made a point about how much of our difficulty these days is exactly the same as the buddhas. Our wish to be free of and denial of our pain drives us even crazier than we already are. And again, this does not sound new, but it must be renewed to us,. specially at times like this, where we are sitting breathing together, deep, slow, soft quietin the world.
