No Dogs in Space Season 2 - The Ostrich
Lou Reed wrote a song called the ostrich and it's fucking weird I love it. To promote the single, he needed a touring band who could pretend to be the primitives alongside Lou Reed. These other primitives were found at a party in New York when Terry was introduced to two musicians named Tony Conrad and John Kale. Within a short period of time, Tony Conrad would leave the primitives, leaving Lou Reed andJohn Kale to form the creative core of what would become the Velvet Underground.
