I want to make this very clear that when we talk about managerial failures and they're clearly our managerial failures here. That's why we regulate them. The regulators are not there to stand by and say, You're not hedging your interest rate risk. No, it is the job of the regulators and the supervisors to step in and says, You either fix this now or we're going to come in and fix it for you. I see this is we've got to sort out two kinds of problems. There's the problem of all kinds of fraud, pumping dumps and rug pulls and you name it, right? And this is what we've been dealing with for well over a hundred years
