N-Fat Activation and Platelet Function in Mice

In N-fat negative mice, the platelets aggregated more efficiently. This is related to some integrins that are enhancing the spreading of this platelet so fivergent. And they also look into N-fat inhibitors, which are used as immunosuppressants for transplants. The examples are cyclosporine A or tacholymus. They also drive hyperaggregation of mouse platelets. But this only happens when the platelets become activated.
