As early as the 19 twenties, anti trust laws had been interpreted by the supreme court to apply to labor monopny. Since they're not very many cases, it's hard for lawyers who represent workers to predict how courts will resolve various types of issues. There is also some concern, or many concerns, about non compete clauses, applied to ordinary workers. When a firm loses a worker, thecause is attracted for a better wage,. They abtate wages of all the other workers to retain them. If one person is prevented to receive an offer from non compete, then the entire firm has less of a wage dynamic.
