The Complexity of Trauma
trauma fundamentally changes the way in which we experience and process information. It's almost like you've got a really disorganized, messy filing cabinet that we don't know how to bring out information when we need it. We're probably getting a little bit into my own story. That's come back to that at some point. Only about how I didn't listen to it again until last night because I knew I had to talk about this stuff afterwards. And maybe there's potentially something else for me to say after talking with Sophie on the podcast. But kind of just felt like it's not my business.
