The Descriptor of the Act of Rape

The morality of the act comes essentially from its object. That's because it's what you did, that's why it's essentially in the object. The danger here is such leaning on intentions so some one who's dangerous will justify evil acts based on good intentions. So then the descriptions of intrinsic evils then become descriptions of certain vices. There are certain things that, when they occur, are always evil.
