Mike Wilson: We think at a minimum, we'll take out 3,500 sometime in the first half of next year. The order of operations is very clear. You want to buy cash first, then treasuries, long duration, then you want to buy credit and you want to buying equities last. Mike Wilson: Investors need to keep their finger on the pulse of change.
