Hillsong's Statement of Claims

Hillsong is accused of moving money between countries to avoid tax. The church allegedly fundles $2 million each year to its college in Sydney, Australia. Hillsong denies Sub-Paragraph D on the basis that there was no such actual or pending transaction. A number of directors of Hillsong Church were pastors who were paid full-time salaries, but also received substantial cash honorariums for speaking engagements conducted in their roles as pastors for Hillsong Church.
